With an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the mortgage industry, Mardi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that provide invaluable insights to drive the company’s success and growth.

Mardi’s professional journey began in Credit Unions and later transitioned to renowned Fortune 500 mortgage companies. Prior to co-founding Arcstone Financial, Mardi held principal positions in multiple mortgage companies, further enhancing his industry experience.

Mardi holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, complemented by a BA in Economics/Marketing from Cal State University Northridge. Currently residing in Los Angeles, CA, he effectively combines his educational background and exceptional leadership skills to contribute to the company’s remarkable success.  

Chris' journey with Arcstone Financial began a decade ago in the position of a loan opener. His hard work and knack for quickly understanding complex lending processes did not go unnoticed. Over time, he comprehensively understood the multifaceted mortgage business, paving the way for his ascent through the ranks.

Born and raised with a sharp wit, an analytical mind, and a penchant for problem-solving, Chris Patrikian always stood out as a future leader. Today, he is recognized as a key figure serving as the Vice President of Compliance at Arcstone Financial Inc., a role that reflects his relentless commitment and outstanding expertise.

In addition to his in-depth understanding of lending processes and compliance regulations, Chris Patrikian distinguished himself as a forward-thinker in mortgage technology by recognizing the potential for technological advancements to revolutionize the mortgage industry.

Anthony Vu is a highly experienced mortgage lending professional with 25+ years in the industry. He developed his passion for the mortgage and real estate industry at an early age while working at his father's office.

With a background in account management and loan processing, Anthony has gained a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage lending process, excelling in loan origination, underwriting, audits, loan purchasing, and post-closing reviews and rebuttals. Anthony thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys collaborating with the sales team to structure loans that exceed expectations.

David has been in mortgage banking for almost 30 years, and his most outstanding achievements are the relationships he has developed and maintained throughout his career. That is what makes working with him so special. David works with his clients to ensure they maximize the greatest return from closing their loan and not just close a loan to "close a loan." David is diligent, provides the best for his clients, and always goes the extra mile. His clients, staff, and service providers are like his family, and he would never close a loan for someone that he wouldn’t put myself into.
